PROCLAMATION

by the

President of the Republic of South Africa

Under section 56 of the Superior Courts Act, 2013 (Act No.1 0 of 2013), I hereby fix 23 August 2013 as the date on which the said Act, with the exception of sections 29, 37 and 45 and Items No. 11 of Schedule 1 in so far as it repeals section 16 of the Constitutional Court Complementary Act, 1995 (Act No. 13 of 1995), and No. 1.1 of Schedule 2 to the said Act, shall come into operation.
