Amends the Marketable Securities Tax Act No. 32 of 1948, as follows:
| • | paragraph (a) substitutes the word "Secretary" for the word "Commissioner" wherever it occurs; and |
| • | paragraph (b) substitutes the word "Republic" for the word "Union" wherever it occurs. |
