PROCLAMATION
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
In terms of section 22 of the Spatial Data Infrastructure Act, 2003 (Act No of 2003), I hereby determine the coming into operation of section 12 and 14 to 18 of the said Act to be, thirty days after the publication of this proclamation in the government gazette.
