The regulations regarding the conducting of inquiries into alleged unprofessional conduct, published by Government Notice R917 in Government Gazette No. 25109 on 27 June 2003 apply, with the necessary amendments as required by the context, to the holding of disciplinary inquiries with regard to student child and youth care workers.
