Second-Hand Goods Act, 2009 (Act No. 6 of 2009)Chapter 2 : Registration13. Temporary registration |
| 1) | Subject to section 14, the National Commissioner may grant temporary registration to a person— |
| a) | for such period as may be prescribed; and |
| b) | subject to prescribed conditions. |
| 2) | The National Commissioner may at any time withdraw temporary registration if any condition contemplated in subsection (1)(b) is not complied with. |
