I Dikobe Ben Martins, Minister of Transport, hereby in terms of section 2(1) and 2(1)(d) of the Road Accident Fund (Transitional Provisions) Act, No. 15 of 2012 hereby make the Regulations contained in the Schedule hereto.
The Regulations are published for Commencement, General Information, Compliance and will come into operation on 13 February 2013.
