| (1) | The acknowledgement of receipt of the application for a protection order (forming part of Form 2 of the Annexure to the Regulations), must be completed by the clerk of the court and be handed to the complainant. |
(2) Parts C of the application for a protection order must be completed by the clerk of the court.
