| 1) | If an administrative action that has been taken, materially and adversely affects a person's rights, an administrator, when informing that person of the administrative action, must also inform that person of : |
| a) | the right which that person has in terms of section 5 of the Act to request reasons for the action; and |
| b) | any right of review or internal appeal, where applicable. |
