| (1) | Under section 1(2)(b) of the Prescribed Rate of Interest Act, 1975 (Act No. 55 of 1975), I, Tshililo Michael Masutha, Minister of Justice and Correctional Services, hereby publish a rate of interest of 10,25 percent per annum as from 1 January 2019 for the purposes of section 1(1) of the said Act. |
