Chapter II The South African Nuclear Energy Corporation, Limited

Purchase

(1)	The chief executive officer may delegate any of the powers, and assign any of the functions or duties attached to that office, to any employee of the Corporation.

(2)	Section 21(1)(b), (2)(a) and (c), (3) and (4) will apply, reading in the changes necessary in the context, to any delegation or assignment in terms of this section.
