| 1) | The board may establish other committees in addition to the executive committee and the finance committee, to assist it in the performance of its functions. |
| 2) | Any committee other than the executive committee may include persons who are not members of the board. |
| 3) | The chairperson of a committee must be appointed by the board. |
| 4) | Members of the committees contemplated in subsection (2) may be appointed for such periods as the board may determine. |
