A documented record of persons shall include but not be limited to the following, where applicable—

| (e) | Identity number |
| (f) | Passport number |
| (g) | Physical address |
| (h) | Postal address |
| (i) | Telephone number |
| (j) | Cell phone number |
| (k) | Location in the defined area |
| (l) | Time period in the defined area |
| (m) | Reason for being in the defined area |
| (n) | Address and Contact details of a relative |
