PROCLAMATION
by the
President of the Republic of South Africa
In terms of section 21 of the National Energy Act, 2008 (No. 34 of 2008), I hereby determine 1 April 2009 as the date on which sections 17, 18 and 19 of the said Act shall come into operation.
