To regulate the registration of mining titles, other rights connected with prospecting and mining, stand titles and certain other deeds and documents, and to provide for matters incidental thereto.
BE IT ENACTED by the State President, the Senate and the House of Assembly of the Republic of South Africa, as follows:—
