| (1) | The master or owner of a ship which, due to vis major or distress, has without the necessary permission stopped, anchored or been immobilized in the territorial or internal waters or entered internal waters, shall notify the principal officer at the nearest harbour immediately after such ship has so stopped, been anchored or immobilized or has entered internal waters. |
| (2) | The notification referred to in subregulation (1) shall contain the same information as prescribed in regulation 13(2) and the provisions of regulations 14 and 15 shall mutatis mutandis apply in respect of the ship in question. |
