| (1) |
A mariculture permit— |
| (a) |
shall only relate to one site: Provided that more than one permit may be granted in respect of the same site; |
| (b) |
is not transferable; and |
| (c) |
is issued subject to— |
| (i) |
any special terms and conditions specified in the permit; |
| (ii) |
any terms or conditions which the Minister may notify to the permit holder in writing while the permit is in force. |
| (2) |
The following conditions shall apply with respect to mariculture products— |
| (a) |
Cultivation and harvesting shall be undertaken only on the premises or location in respect of which the permit has been granted; |
| (b) |
the permit holder may only possess, harvest, transport or market the mariculture product in accordance with the permit; and |
| (c) |
the permit holder shall provide information to Sea Fisheries on request in respect of— |
| (i) |
the mass, size, and number of mariculture products harvested and sold; and |
(ii) details of price, sales and purchasers.
