Purchase

(1)	If a magistrate makes use of State transport between his residence and place of duty he or she shall pay to the Director-General the monthly amount as prescribed from time to time for the Public Service.

(2)	The Director-General shall pay the amount referred to in subregulation (1) into the Consolidated Revenue Fund.
