Land Titles Adjustment Act, 1993 (Act No. 111 of 1993)4. Commissioner deemed to be registered owner of designated land for certain purposes |
| (1) | For the purposes of any survey of land or the transfer or sale of land, or an undivided share in or a defined portion of land, in terms of this Act, the commissioner concerned shall be deemed to be the registered owner of such designated land. |
| (2) | The commissioner may sign all documents required in connection with such a survey, transfer or sale or for the purpose of giving effect to the provisions of this Act. |
| (3) | The commissioner, or any person authorized thereto in writing by the commissioner concerned, may at all reasonable times enter upon the designated land in respect of which the commissioner has been appointed and perform on it any act necessary or expedient in order to give effect to the provisions of this Act. |
