| (1) | No person who is not in writing authorised by the Bank to do so may— |
| (a) | use the name of the Bank or the names "Land Bank" or "Landbank"; or |
| (b) | give out or pretend that he or shree presents the Bank in any way, including by the use of logos, designs or advertising material used or owned by the Bank. |
| (2) | Any person who contravenes subsection (1) is guilty of an offence. |
