The accounting officer may, in consultation with National Treasury, issue financial instructions which are not in conflict with this Act, the Public Finance Management Act or regulations made, or instructions issued, in terms of section 76 of the Public Finance Management Act, prescribing further procedures to be followed in respect of the management, control and administration of the Fund.
