The Prudential Authority must publish and regularly update the following on the official website:
| (a) |
The objectives of supervision and the Prudential Authority’s powers and functions; |
| (b) |
the general criteria and methods used in the supervisory review process; |
| (c) |
aggregate statistical data on key aspects of the application of the financial soundness and prudential framework referred to in Chapter 6; |
| (d) |
information and analysis about the financial condition of the insurance sector; and |
| (e) |
subject to confidentiality considerations, and in so far as it does not jeopardise other supervisory objectives, information on— |
| (ii) |
supervisory and regulatory actions taken in respect of insurers or controlling companies. |
