| (1) | The Council may determine any matter necessary for the proper functioning of steering committees. |
| (2) | Subject to subsection (1), a steering committee may determine its own procedures to be followed at its meetings. |
(3)
| (a) | The Minister who chairs a strategic integrated project contemplated in this Act must cause to provide a steering committee with such secretarial or administrative support and with accommodation and work related facilities as may reasonably be required for the proper functioning of the steering committee or may, by agreement with the Minister, request the Department to provide such facilities and support. |
| (b) | The costs relating to the functioning of a steering committee are borne by the Department of the Minister who chairs unless otherwise agreed as set out in paragraph (a). |
