Human Sciences Research Council Act, 2008 (Act No. 17 of 2008)19. Amendment of law |
The Associated Institutions Pension Fund Act, 1963 (Act No. 41 of 1963), is hereby amended by the substitution in section 1 for paragraph (a) of the definition of "associated institution" of the following paragraph:
"(a) the Human Sciences Research Council contemplated in section 2 of the Human Sciences Research Council Act, 2007;".
