The chairperson, deputy chairperson, other members of the Council and members of committees of the Council, including members of committees who are not members of the Council itself, but excluding any member who is in the full-time service of the State, must out of the funds of the Council be paid such remuneration and such allowances as the Minister, with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance, may determine.
