In this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates—

"Authority"

means the Prudential Authority established in terms of section 32 of the Financial Sector Regulation Act, 2017;

"executive officer"

"Financial Services Board"

[Definition deleted by section 290, item 1(b) in Schedule 4, of Act No. 9 of 2017 - effective 1 April 2018]

"Fund"

means the Road Accident Fund mentioned in the Road Accident Fund Act, 1996;

"Minister"

means the Minister of Finance.
