| (1) | The levy in respect of credit rating agencies registered in terms of section 5 of the Credit Rating Services Act is a total amount of R3 502 515 and is payable on or before 30 September of the levy year. |
| (2) | The levy of R3 502 515 is calculated based on the costs of performing the functions of the Authority is, apportioned equally among all registered credit rating agencies as at 31 April. |
