The unauthorised expenditure referred to in Schedule 1 in the amount of R313 569 219,04 and Schedule 2 in the amount of R159 536 278,60, and described in the reports of the National Assembly’s Standing Committee on Public Accounts identified in the second column of the Schedules, is approved and authorised as a direct charge against the National Revenue Fund.
