Before determining the boundaries of a voting district, the Commission may consult on the proposed boundaries of that voting district with—
| (a) | the municipal political liaison committee for the municipality within which that voting district will fall; or |
| (b) | if no municipal political liaison committee has been established in a municipality, the provincial political liaison committee for the province within which that voting district will fall. |
