Domestic Violence Act, 1998 (Act No. 116 of 1998)21. Repeal of laws and savings |
| 1) | Sections 1, 2, 3, 6 and 7 of the Prevention of Family Violence Act, 1993 (Act No. 133 of 1993), are hereby repealed. |
| 2) | Any application made, proceedings instituted or interdict granted in terms of the Act referred to in subsection (1) shall be deemed to have been made, instituted or grunted in terms of this Act. |
