In terms of section 6(4) of the Division of Revenue Act, 2022 (Act No. 5 of 2022), I, E Godongwana, Minister of Finance, having approved expenditure for the 2022/23 cost of living adjustment for employees in the public service from contingencies in terms of section 6 of the Appropriation Act, 2022 (Act No. 7 of 2022), hereby increase the equitable share of provinces, as set out below:
