| (1) | These directions apply to— |
| (a) | all schools, hostels and offices; |
| (b) | learners; |
| (c) | officials; |
| (d) | third parties; and |
| (e) | governing bodies and school boards. |
| (2) | The provisions contained in these directions apply for the duration of the national state of disaster, unless otherwise indicated. |
