16. Repeal of laws and saving

(1)	The Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Act, 1989 (Act No. 74 of 1989), and the Diplomatic Immunities and Privileges Amendment Act, 1992 (Act No. 56 of 1992), are hereby repealed.

(2)	Anything done under a provision of any law repealed by subsection(1) and which could have been done under a provision of this Act, must be regarded as having been done under the latter provision.
