The Reinsurance of Damage and Losses Act, 1989 (Act No. 56 of 1989), and the Reinsurance of Material Damage and Losses Amendment Act, 1990 (Act No. 65 of 1990), are repealed with effect from a date determined by the Minister by notice in the Gazette.
