Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment Act, 2007 (Act No. 4 of 20071. Definitions |
In this Act, unless the context otherwise indicates—
"Convention"
the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment, set out in Schedule 1 and signed at Cape Town on 16 November 2001;
"Minister"
means the Minister of Transport
"Protocol"
means the Protocol to the Convention on International Interests in Mobile Equipment on Matters Specific to Aircraft Equipment, set out in Schedule 2;
"this Act"
includes the Convention and the Protocol.
