| (1) | The public further education and training institutions listed in Schedule 2 continue to exist and are deemed to be public colleges for the purposes of this Act. |
| (2) | Members of the council, academe board and student representative council of the institutions referred to in subsection (1) continue to hold office until they are replaced in terms of this Act. |
