Proclamation Notice 176 of 2024

President of the Republic of South Africa
I hereby, in terms of section 97 of the Constitution of the Republic of South Africa, 1996, transfer—
| (a) | the administration and the powers and functions of the legislation specified in Column 1 of Table 1 in the Schedule from the Cabinet member specified in Column 2 of the said Table, immediately before the President assumed office on 19 June 2024, to the Cabinet member specified in Column 3 of the said Table; and |
| (b) | the powers and functions exercised by the Cabinet member specified in Column 1 of Table 2 in the Schedule, immediately before the President assumed office on 19 June 2024, in terms of the legislation specified in Column 2 of Table 2 to the Cabinet member specified in Column 3 of Table 2. |
