| (b) | audited/ independently reviewed/ compiled, signed annual financial statement |
| (c) | SARS EMP 501/ SARS Exempt Certificate |
| (d) | Employee master file |
| (e) | List of subcontractors |
| (f) | Incident report |
| (g) | Employment contract (for domestic employees) |
