The State Liability Act, 1957 ( Act 20 of 1957 ), shall apply with the necessary changes in respect of the Commission, and in such application a reference in that Act to 'the Minister of the department concerned' shall be construed as a reference to the Chairperson. |

member of the Commission; |
| (b) |
member of the staff of the Commission; |
| (d) |
member of any committee who is not a member of the Commission, |
shall be liable in respect of anything reflected in any report, finding, point of view or recommendation made or expressed in good faith and submitted to Parliament or made known in terms of this Act.
