The list of independent observers referred to in section 1 of the Act must contain the following particulars:
| (a) | The surname and full names of the person; |
| (b) | the residential address of the person; |
| (c) | his or her identity number; |
| (d) | the language proficiency of the person; |
| (e) | the occupation of the person; |
| (f) | the social interests of the person; and |
| (g) | the cultural background of the person. |
