the television licence fee which is payable for any television licence issued in terms of this Act, including the manner of payment and the collection thereof, penalties and ancillary costs; |

the period of validity of a television licence; |

the purpose for which and the place where a television set may be used; |

different categories of television licences which any user of a television set may be required to possess; |
| (v) |
the duty to keep, maintain and furnish records and information, including a duty to supply the Corporation with such records and information as may be prescribed; |
| (vi) |
exemptions from the obligation to be in possession of a television licence; and |
| (vii) |
the transferability of a television licence. |
