| (1) | The President must, after consultation with the Minister, determine the conditions of service of the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners. |
| (2) | The President must, after consultation with the Minister and the Minister of Finance, determine the remuneration, allowances and other benefits of the Commissioner and Deputy Commissioners. |
