Auditor-General Act, 1995 (Act No. 12 of 1995)11. Repeal and amendment of laws, and savings |
| (1) | Subject to subsection (2) the laws mentioned in the Schedule are hereby repealed or amended to the extent set out in the third column of the Schedule. |
| (2) | Anything done under a provision of any law repealed or amended by subsection (1) and which could have been done under a provision of this Act, shall be deemed to have been done under the latter provision. |
