Antarctic Treaties Act, 1996 (Act No. 60 of 1996)14. Short title |
| (1) | This Act shall be called the Antarctic Treaties Act, 1996 , and shall come into operation on a date fixed by the President by proclamation in the Gazette. |
| (2) | The date contemplated in subsection (1) shall be a date after the publication of the treaties in terms of section 3(2). |
