Animal Health Act, 2002 (Act No. 7 of 2002)23. Determination and payment of fees and other amounts |
| (1) | All fees payable by any person in terms of any provision of this Act, except amounts that are fixed under any such provision by the national executive officer must be determined by the Minister with the concurrence of the Minister of Finance. |
| (2) | Fees and amounts referred to in subsection (1)— |
| (a) | that have been determined and are mentioned in any regulation or direction made or given under this Act must, within 60 days after having become recoverable; or |
| (b) | that have been determined but are not so mentioned, or which have been fixed as contemplated in subsection (1), must, within 60 days after the debtor concerned has in the prescribed manner been notified of the amount due, |
be paid in the prescribed manner.
