The Master shall in the month of September of each year cause to be published in the Gazette a list of all amounts of R1 000 or more in the guardian's fund, other than the amounts deposited therein in terms of section 93(3) , which have been claimable and have remained unclaimed by the persons entitled thereto for a period exceeding one year but not exceeding three years.
