The Minister may make regulations in respect of—
| (a) |
the rights and obligations of persons relating to the provision of accredited products and services; |
| (b) |
the manner in which the Accreditation Authority must administer and supervise compliance with those obligations; |
| (c) |
the procedure pertaining to the granting, suspension and revocation of accreditation; |
| (e) |
information security requirements or guidelines; and |
| (f) |
any other relevant matter which it is necessary or expedient to prescribe for the proper implementation of this Chapter. |
