Regulations Relating to the Standards for Manufacturing of Reduced Ignition Propensity (RIP) Cigarettes
|1)||In these regulations, "the Act" means the Tobacco Products Control Act, 1993 (Act No. 83 of 1993) as amended, and any expression to which a meaning has been assigned in the Act shall bear such meaning and unless inconsistent with the context-|
means a roll of tobacco for smoking, enclosed in paper;
means a category or variant of cigarettes within a particular cigarette brand that is differentiated based, inter alia, on flavour, strength, length, circumference, or whether or not it has a filter;
means the range of values within which the repeat results of cigarette test trials from a single laboratory will fall 95 percent of the time.
