| (1) |
Any person who wishes to be registered as— |
| (b) |
a registered e-tag user; or |
| (c) |
a registered VLN user, |
of an e-road may do so in terms of these regulations.
| (2) |
A user of a motor vehicle on an e-road who, at the time of his or her use, has not registered in terms of sub-regulation (1) must be categorised as either— |
| (a) |
a non-registered e-tag user; or |
as the case may be.
| (3) |
The use of an e-road and the liability to pay toll for any e-toll transactions by a person who registers as a registered user or a day-pass user is subject to the Act and these regulations and any person so registering, undertakes thereby to comply with the Act and these regulations. |
