Special Appropriation Act, 2026 (Act No. 01 of 2026)1. Appropriation of additional amount of money for requirements of vote of Health |
| (1) | An amount of R754.527 million is hereby appropriated from the National Revenue Fund for expenditure authorised in terms of section 16(1) of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), for the 2025/26 financial year, and attributed to the vote of Health. |
| (2) | The main divisions, and the purposes, of the appropriation to the vote of Health, envisaged in subsection (1), are set out in the Schedule. |
| (3) | The Appropriation Act, 2025 (Act No. 3 of 2025), applies to the appropriation envisaged in subsection (1), with the necessary changes. |
