An amount of R1.250 billion is hereby appropriated out of the National Revenue Fund for expenditure authorised in terms of section 16(1) of the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999), and attributed to the vote of Health in order to procure COVID-19 vaccines and implement a related COVID-19 vaccine research project, as set out in the Schedule.
